All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers in Canada. Any payment transactions will be encrypted via our payment processor (Stripe) and will be processed through their servers.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features and try to prevent unauthorized access.

All personal identifiable information that we collect from you is stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) [verify that this is correct] and is also processed outside the EEA. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our Site as safe as possible.

In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers  [verify that this is correct].
